Adults can be defined as animals or human beings which have attained their maximum growth and development. The human world of adults refer to legal and social concepts. Contrary to the concept of a non-adult or "minor" legally adult is a person who is at the point of majority and is therefore considered to be autonomous, self-sufficient and accountable.
